Aim
To attract potential home owners to buy a property from WDH with the Shared Ownership scheme.
Outcome
Using different marketing channels, I designed a full promotional campaign to widen our reach and engagement of our target audience. I was tasked to create a new style of branding without steering too far away from the current WDH brand (such as typography), which would bring the department to life and attract new customers to WDH’s service. I did this by bringing in a new colour scheme, patterns and style of images which hadn’t previously been used.
I also redesigned the landing page which potential buyers would land on if they wanted to search for new properties.
To promote our new developments, I create a series hoarding boards which were erected at the sites, and a handful of flyers and brochures which were shared at our open days. Alongside this, I designed adverts which were published in local magazines and social media posts which were added across our accounts.
